自动化技术在川渝地区试油工程中应用初探

Abstract:

With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence technology in recent years, various fields have entered the era of intelligence. Automation technology is the foundation for building artificial intelligence and the key to building digital oilfields. For petroleum engineering, although considerable progress has been made in some technical fields such as automated drilling and exploration, there are relatively few explorations in the field of oil ( gas) well completion test related engineering automation. The oil testing and completion engineering process is complex, the well integrity requirements are stricter, the surface equipment is large, the control and management workload requires great labor intensity, the safety risk of on-site personnel is high, and the key engineering data acquisition which mainly relies on manual labor with heavily workloads lagged behind. The data format has not yet been unified, and on-site real-time decision-making still mainly relies on experience. In the face of the complex engineering and the requirements of oil(gas) testing and completion engineering to improve quality and efficiency, it is urgent to form a reliable and comprehensive automation system, establish a remote real-time decision-making information highway from the surface to the underground, from the job site to the rear experts, and promote the oil engineering accelerates into the era of intelligence. In this paper, combined with the actual oil testing projects in Sichuan and Chongqing, it analyzes the current technical problems facing the realization of comprehensive intelligence, and proposes the development direction and prospect of intelligent oil testing technology.

摘要: 随着近年来大数据和人工智能技术取得突飞猛进的发展,各个领域陆续进入智能时代。自动化技术是建设人工智能技术的基础,也是建设数字化油田的关键。对于石油工程而言,虽然在自动化钻井、自动化勘探等领域取得长足进展,然而在完井试油(气)领域工程自动化的相关探索还相对较少。试油完井工程工艺复杂,井完整性要求高,施工设备多,控制管理工作量大,现场作业人员安全风险高,关键工程数据获取主要依靠人工,工作量大,时效性较差,现场实时决策仍然主要依靠经验。面对复杂的工程对象以及试油完井提质提效的要求,亟需形成可靠全面的自动化系统,建立从地面到井下,从作业现场到后方专家的远程实时决策的信息高速公路,推进石油工程加快进入智能时代。文章结合川渝地区试油工程实际,分析了当前实现全面自动化所面临的技术难题,并提出了智能化试油技术发展方向及展望。
